1. Services Offered

TNTC Inc. offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Digital consultations (relocation, travel, lifestyle guidance, etc.)

• Online courses, ebooks, and downloadable digital products

• Affiliate travel services via partners like Expedia

• Affiliate product recommendations via platforms like TEMU

• Sales of original books and content authored by Tia Niki

• Airbnb hosting and curated relocation experiences

• Transportation and concierge support in select locations

2. Consultations

All consultations are non-refundable and must be paid in full before services are rendered. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the session without refund.

TNTC Inc. is not liable for any outcomes or decisions made based on guidance provided in consultations.

3. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products (ebooks, guides, PDFs, audio/video content) are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable once delivered/accessed.

4. Affiliate Products & Partnerships

TNTC Inc. may receive a commission for purchases made through affiliate links. These partnerships include (but are not limited to) Expedia, TEMU, Amazon, and others.

Affiliate products are offered in good faith; however, TNTC Inc. is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or customer service on third-party sites. Please refer to the respective vendor’s policies for returns or support.

5. Content Ownership

All content, branding, and intellectual property shared via TNTC Inc. platforms—including Substack posts, social media, digital products, and course material—is owned by TNTC Inc. and/or Tia Niki. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or repurposing is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

By using any TNTC Inc. services or platforms, you agree to:

• Respect all boundaries, intellectual property, and terms outlined herein

• Not harass, abuse, or attempt to exploit the owner or community in any way

• Use the services in alignment with their intended purpose

TNTC Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to any product, consultation, or service at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

TNTC Inc. does not guarantee specific results from any consultation, product, or service. All services are educational, experiential, or supportive in nature and should be used at your discretion.

TNTC Inc. is not liable for personal, legal, medical, financial, or emotional outcomes that may arise from using any of its services or products.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
